HOW DO I PAY YOU?

We do not regularly book shoots on the weekends, but if there is a scheduling conflict or you are having a hard time coordinating a shoot with your clients, please reach out to us at hello@fulcrumcreative.co.

CAN I BOOK A SHOOT ON THE WEEKEND?

You will receive all images within 24-48 hours of the photoshoot. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?

Cloudy skies are no problem as our editors can easily turn a gray sky to blue. A drizzle or light rain is also workable, but heavy precipitation or very high winds will hinder our ability to capture images outside a home. Often we are able to work inside and give the weather a chance to lighten up, but sometimes we'll have to wait on better weather to capture the outside images.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT'S RAINING?

We will always do a walk-through and do our best to make sure the details are tended to (pillows fluffed, blinds adjusted, lights on, closet doors closed, etc.). However, we're unable to re-arrange rooms or wait for rooms to be re-arranged as doing so would keep us from meeting all our scheduled appointments.

WILL YOU MOVE ITEMS IN THE HOME?

If you need to reschedule a shoot, please contact us right away and we'll work with you to find a time that works for all of us. If you have to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, a $20 cancellation fee may apply.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE?

Absolutely! We understand that sometimes things change and cancellations are necessary. If you have to cancel your photoshoot, we'll refund you ASAP. If you have to cancel with less than 24 hours notice, a $20 cancellation fee may apply.
